Negotiating the Terms
Once both parties are introduced, we facilitate the negotiation. We work with both sides to align on terms that are fair, clear, and workable — handling the back-and-forth so you don't have to.
We represent the interests of both parties to reach a mutual agreement.

Preparing the Contract
When terms are agreed upon, we prepare and coordinate the contract between the recycling textile company and the property management company or property owner. We make sure everything is documented properly and both sides are ready to sign.
