We identify the right match on the other side. If you're a recycling company, we find the right property management company or owner. If you're a property partner, we connect you with the right recycling textile company. We qualify both sides before making the introduction.

We Facilitate the Negotiation

Once both parties are introduced, we sit in the middle and facilitate the negotiation. We work with both sides to align on terms — placement details, duration, responsibilities — until everyone is in agreement.

STEP 04

We Prepare the Contract

When terms are agreed upon, we prepare the contract between the recycling textile company and the property management company or property owner. We coordinate the review and signing process so the partnership is formalized cleanly.

The Partnership Is Set
